Things were a little crazy at the Humane Society Walk.  This is our group costume, tacky tourist and even the dogs got in on the act.  If you look closely, Rourke has a flower lay around his neck as well as a rather loud bandana.

News and Things

August:

• I have an interview scheduled on The Long and the Short of It website on Tuesday, August 5.  To go along with the interview, a contest with "From the Dust" as a book give away is being offered all week.
• On Wednesday, August 6, I'm guesting on The Long and Short Reviews Yahoo group.  If you're a member come on by and, if not, sign up and join the fun.  It's a great group.
• I now have an agent.  At the end of June I signed with Greyhaus Literary Agency.
• "From the Dust" featured in the Fort Qu'Appelle Times which is where the story is set.  Although it featured near the end of May I am still getting lots of feedback.
